About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Information Management Lead to join our team at L'Oréal. As a key member of our retail design team, you will be responsible for shaping and transforming the ambiance of our retail spaces, ensuring an unforgettable and enthralling experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft and execute innovative design concepts that bring our brands and products to life at our POS (point of sale)
  • Adapt retail concepts according to distribution area & channels
  • Design the architecture & detailed store layouts of stands, shops, podiums, windows, permanent fixtures with strong visual impact
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and translate them into compelling design solutions
  • Pilot and manage diverse design projects (creation, execution, feasibility, timing) ensuring perfect coordination and adhering to brands' image, deadlines and budgets
  • Provide guidance and support to store teams, ensuring design integrity and brands' identity are maintained
Requirements
  • Master's degree in interior design, architecture, product design or a related field
  • Strong conceptualization and visualization skills
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail design, interior design
  • Sensitivity to aesthetics & strong attention to detail
  • Excellent project management skills, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency with design software such as SketchUp Pro, Adobe & MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
