The Role

We are looking for a Tech Lead to join our Customer Delivery team. As a Tech Lead, you will play a central technical role, working closely with project teams. Your technical expertise will ensure the quality of delivered solutions while operationally managing the development team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Direction: Define and steer the technical direction of projects, ensuring proposed solutions meet functional requirements and strategic objectives of clients.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise the development team throughout the project, ensuring quality, performance, and reliability of solutions.
  • Coordination: Coordinate between the engineering team and project team.
  • Adaptability: Actively participate in the design and implementation of technical solutions while remaining adaptable to changing project needs.
  • Technical Support: Participate in project support on technical aspects.
  • Client Integration: Facilitate the technical integration of new clients and partners by providing necessary resources for optimal use of Cosmo Tech's solutions.
  • Technology Advancements: Stay on top of technological and methodological advancements to maintain a high level of innovation in proposed solutions.

Client travel may be required.

About You

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead with a strong background in software development, including at least 2 years of experience in a Tech Lead role, ideally in a startup environment. Your skills and qualifications should include:

  • Engineering degree or Master's degree in computer science.
  • Strong knowledge of languages and tools such as Python, JavaScript, React, SQL.
  • Good knowledge of development tools such as Git/Github, automated testing, and CI/CD.
  • Good knowledge of the Azure Cloud platform. Familiarity with Google Cloud and AWS platforms is a plus.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in facing technical challenges and shifting priorities.
  • Initiative and ability to lead a team to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure effective interfacing between various teams.
  • Fluent in English.
