Position Overview
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough analyses of organizational conditions using economic, financial, social, and strategic data, complemented by interviews with key stakeholders (elected representatives and management)
- Drafting comprehensive summary notes and reports
- Presenting findings to elected representatives and in plenary sessions
- Establishing and nurturing client relationships through ongoing monitoring, advice, and regular communication throughout and beyond the assignment
- Leading strategic, economic, financial, and social diagnostic missions in the long term

Key Details
- Contract Type: Permanent
- Employment Status: Manager
- Annual Working Hours: 197 days
- Salary Range: 38 to 46 K€, based on experience
- Benefits: Employee Savings Plan, participation (work-related), health insurance, annual bonuses, meal vouchers, and a CET
- Travel Requirements: Regional travel within BFC (day trips)
Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates who possess:
- A higher education background (university, IEP, business school, engineering school, accounting firm, etc.)
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a corporate setting (consulting, corporate financial management, etc.) or within the non-profit or union sectors
- A strong analytical mindset with a passion for exploring new areas of knowledge
- Excellent interpersonal and writing skills, essential for effective listening and teaching
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
