Marketing Director

Ecolab's Pest Elimination team is dedicated to creating a cleaner, safer, and healthier world. We're seeking a forward-thinking Marketing Director to spearhead business growth through strategic and digital innovation in the EMEA Region.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive Pest Marketing strategy
- Drive initiatives from concept to execution, ensuring seamless phase-gate transitions
- Advocate for innovation and the sharing of industry-leading practices
- Pioneer connected solutions and digital advancements to elevate customer experiences
- Formulate and implement comprehensive data strategies, promoting digital engagement
- Participate in the annual Strategic Business Planning process
- Foster team growth with structured development plans
- Offer mentorship and support for the professional growth and well-being of team members
- Contribute to Global Marketing Team discussions, utilizing the global network's collective experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated experience in B2B marketing, encompassing Brand, Digital, Communications, and more
- Background in strategic leadership, digital product strategy, and managing multi-segment marketing initiatives
- Fluency in English, other European languages beneficial
