Job Title: Product Owner SAP

At AXA Group Operations, we are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to join our team. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining and prioritizing the product backlog, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure that product requirements are met and that the product is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Collaborate with vendors to ensure that third-party services are properly scoped and implemented.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex IAM IPC (Incident Problem Change) along with the IAM Service Management team.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational organization and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of proven successful experience in IT infrastructure/security in a large-scale organization in a Shared-Services setup.
  • Ability to communicate and negotiate in an international/multi-cultural environment.
  • Fluent written and spoken English and a second language a plus.
