Job Context

You will join the R&D team at Skeepers (120 people), a talented team responsible for developing all Skeepers solutions. In a SaaS company like Skeepers, the R&D team is the primary driver of our growth. Your work will have a direct impact on our end customers, and your willingness to take on challenges will enable the entire group to grow.

Within the R&D department, you will join a team responsible for developing our Influence Marketing solution.

On a daily basis, you will work with a 13-person technical team and be responsible for developing and improving our backend.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the development of the Influence Marketing platform (architecture, tools, CI/CD, industrialization)
  • Secure the operation of the solution (resilience, reliability, monitoring, logging, performance)
  • Define and promote good development practices within the teams (quality, TDD, BDD, agility, DevOps)
  • Perform design reviews to ensure compliance with development standards
  • Accompany junior colleagues in their professional development through coaching and mentoring on a regular basis
  • Stay up-to-date with technological developments to propose the best solutions for our platform

Requirements

You have a degree in Computer Science and a minimum of 10 years of experience in software development, with expertise in technologies such as Ruby or NodeJS.

You are familiar with Agile/Scrum development processes.

You can effectively communicate with team members to explain and defend your choices, while sharing your best practices.

You have strong organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as analytical skills and reporting abilities.

You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
