Job DescriptionWe are seeking a talented Site Reliability Engineer to join our team and support the development of our new Data Management Platform (DMP) in Python. As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and scalability of our systems, as well as participating in the evolution of our deployment system to improve efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Fault-tolerant and automated infrastructure creation and changes
- Participation in the evolution of the deployment system to improve efficiency
- Aiding in the implementation of best practices for stability, resilience, scalability, security, and performance across our systems
- Exploitation, supervision, and monitoring of the platform and infrastructure: incident resolution and performance management
- Maintenance and daily management of servers and operating systems
- Documentation of procedures and best practices
- At least 5 years of professional experience in system engineering, SRE, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Understanding of the challenges and issues of production deployment
- Experience with complex problems: high volume and real-time
- Experience in production troubleshooting, including distributed systems, code, storage, networks, operating systems (Linux), and databases
- No loss of enthusiasm for learning and passion for what you do
