Healthcare Team Lead Night Shift Coordinator

Job Summary
The AP-HP is seeking a skilled Healthcare Manager to oversee the Night Shift Coordination team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of night shift services, managing staff, and maintaining high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to improve night shift operations, including staff management, resource allocation, and patient flow.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Provide guidance and support to night shift staff, including training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with AP-HP policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in a night shift or emergency department setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on patient safety and quality care.
