Position Overview

Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving and inspecting deliveries, ensuring product quality and freshness.
• Prepare and plate cold dishes according to established portion guidelines and dietary requirements.
• Perform pre-meal preparation tasks, including peeling, unpacking, and organizing ingredients.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment by adhering to sanitation standards and assisting with equipment maintenance.
