We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales and Service Specialist to join our team at our office in Metz. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical sales, engineering, and customer support, preferably with knowledge in thermal analysis or high-temperature furnaces.

Key Responsibilities:


• Sales & Business Development:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to promote and sell our range of thermal analysis equipment and high-temperature furnaces to existing and potential clients across various laboratories and industries.
  2. Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients.
  3. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers.
  4. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.


• Technical Support & Service:

  1. Provide after-sales technical support to clients, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of equipment.
  2. Install, commission, and test thermal analysers and furnaces at customer sites.
  3. Diagnose and solve technical problems both remotely and on-site.
  4. Conduct user training for clients on the proper use and maintenance of our equipment.


• Customer Relationship Management:

  1. Maintain excellent customer relationships through timely and efficient responses to inquiries and issues.
  2. Offer technical advice and assistance to clients to ensure long-term customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. A degree or diploma in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation).
  2. Proven experience in technical sales or customer service within a related industry (thermal analysis, furnaces, or scientific instruments is a plus).
  3. Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain high-tech equipment.
  4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (French and English fluency is essential).
  5. A results-driven mindset with a proactive approach to sales and customer service.
  6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  7. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for customer visits and service calls.
