KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Oversee and guide a team of order preparers and delivery staff
- Establish and document logistics constraints within the warehouse: storage capabilities, inventory policies, and delivery schedules
- Enhance loading and order preparation processes
- Introduce performance metrics and continuous improvement practices throughout the supply chain
- Aggregate stock information to improve flow efficiency
- Propose initiatives for value creation and project development
- Create a service dashboard and assess customer satisfaction
- Track performance indicators
- Contribute to the company's growth initiatives
- Degree in logistics, engineering, or business management
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
