Role Overview:
The HR Data and Analytics Analyst is an integral member of the HRIS generalist team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a reliable business partner for HR stakeholders (HR Business Partners, Payroll & Administration Team, Compensation & Benefits, Social Affairs, etc.) and other clients.
- Act as the primary contact for external clients regarding mandatory HR declarations.
- Develop, maintain, and present monthly HR reports including metrics on headcount, movements, turnover, and absences.
- Ensure high standards of data quality.
- Align local needs and initiatives with the global vision and strategic roadmap.
- Drive ongoing improvements in processes and reporting.
Primary Duties:
- Timely creation and delivery of monthly and yearly reports (data quality, headcount, arrivals/departures, turnover, absences/vacations, compensation, etc.).
- Address legal declarations required by external authorities and facilitate audits.
- Provide ad hoc reports, analyses, and data requests as needed.
- Identify and rectify data discrepancies.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to enhance the use of HR systems and self-service tools.
- Educate end-users to foster autonomy in data utilization from HR and payroll systems.
- Engage with the HR community to understand their data requirements and usage.
- Promote the significance of data quality throughout the organization.
- Work collaboratively across teams to suggest process enhancements and innovative solutions.
Candidate Profile:
- Solid understanding of HR functions and the critical role of data.
- Experience in data analytics.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork skills (bilingual in French and English).
- High ethical standards and integrity in managing confidential information (GDPR compliance).
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Strong focus on continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in Excel, SAP, Oracle, Power BI, and other HRIS platforms.
The HR Data and Analytics Analyst plays a pivotal role in supporting HR stakeholders such as HR Business Partners, Payroll & Administration Teams, Compensation & Benefits, and Social Affairs. This position emphasizes acting as a trusted partner for external clients concerning mandatory HR declarations and delivering comprehensive monthly HR reports. The analyst is responsible for ensuring data integrity and aligning local initiatives with the overarching global strategy.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline, along with a minimum of three years of experience in HR data analysis, ideally within a multinational context. Experience managing large datasets, data visualization, and compliance-related HR data is advantageous. The candidate should demonstrate the ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining a strong customer service orientation and fostering relationships with stakeholders.
