As a vital part of the Departmental Archives Division, within the Public Relations Team, the individual will play a key role in promoting engagement initiatives with the community and enhancing the programs offered by the Educational Service aimed at school groups.

Your Civic Service Role
Goals

The individual will be tasked with assisting the Public Relations Team in various outreach efforts and bolstering the initiatives conducted by the Educational Service for school audiences.

Responsibilities
  • Contributing to the creation of promotional materials and the planning of events for the Archives' visitors: including brochures, website content, workshops, exhibitions, and special events.
  • Assisting the Educational Service team in activities involving schools: promoting educational offerings, developing learning resources, organizing sessions with educators, and engaging with visiting classes.
Your Work Environment
Required Training

Training in technical and civic areas, including: - First Aid - Public Engagement + Archives and Citizenship + Archives and Community Interaction.
