About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Lead - Field Engineering to join our team at Databricks. As a key member of our Field Engineering organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of pre-sales Solutions Architects and Solutions Engineers in the French market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a high-performing team of technical professionals in the French market, driving growth and expansion of our customer base.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the effectiveness of our pre-sales teams, ensuring they are equipped to deliver complex, business value-focused solutions to our customers.
- Collaborate closely with our sales organization to identify and capitalize on revenue opportunities, driving business growth and expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer executives, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective implementation strategies.
- Continuously develop and enhance our technical capabilities, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in data and AI.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing high-performing technical teams, with a strong track record of driving growth and expansion.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to deliver exceptional results.
- Strong technical expertise in data engineering, database technologies, or data science, with a deep understanding of the latest trends and innovations.
- Fluent in French (native speaker), with additional language skills in the region a plus.
