About the Job:
We are seeking a CVC Intervention Technician for one of our clients. This role involves troubleshooting on various client sites. Under the supervision of the N+1, you will be responsible for:
- Diagnosing the fault using a technical analysis method
- Preparing minute estimates
- Resolving the fault independently or with the support of other colleagues
- Explaining the intervention and advising the client after the repair
- Preparing the intervention report for the client
- Confirming the end of your intervention with the Dependent Repair Manager
- Traveling to the client's construction site
Required Profile:
We are looking for someone with:
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience
- At least 3 years of experience in the field
- A customer service mindset
- Adaptability
- Reactivity
