The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for overseeing the Quality Management System at Sabena Technics. This involves ensuring the renewal of the EN9100-ISO9001 certification, which is crucial for the company's growth and development. Reporting to the management, they provide updates on the Quality system's operation and identify areas for improvement. They serve as the primary point of contact for both the company and clients regarding Quality assurance matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- EN9100-ISO9001 Certification Management: Maintain the certification by ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Quality Policy Development: Contribute to defining, implementing, and maintaining the Quality policy, ensuring it aligns with the company's objectives.
- Quality Assurance Planning: Develop quality assurance plans for customer specifications, ensuring they meet the required standards.
- Quality Monitoring and Audits: Conduct quality assurance monitoring and lead process and management reviews to identify areas for improvement.
- Documentation and Records: Establish, update, and disseminate documentation, including quality manuals, procedures, forms, and instructions, to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Certification and Customer Audits: Plan and support certification audits, address non-conformities, and identify improvement opportunities. Lead customer audits, addressing non-conformities and improvement opportunities.
- Internal Audits and Corrective Actions: Plan and conduct internal audits, manage non-conformities, customer complaints, and drive system improvement through corrective and preventive actions.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance or a related field.
- Experience: 5-10 years of experience in a similar role in an industrial environment.
- Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of normative references (EN9100 - ISO9001), general understanding of PART 21 regulations, proficiency in gap analysis methodologies (8D, PPS, etc.), and strong technical interest.
- Personal Qualities: Strong team player with excellent communication and leadership skills.
