About the Role

VSGP is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of Environmental Sustainability Director. This role will play a crucial part in driving the company's commitment to environmental sustainability and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development and Implementation
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive program for environmental sustainability and innovation, including the creation of a resource center and related markets.
    • Collaborate with the DMOP to ensure the successful implementation of environmental projects and initiatives.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and development.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including educational institutions, local authorities, and private sector partners.
  • Project Management and Coordination
    • Manage and coordinate projects related to environmental sustainability and innovation, including the development of a resource center and related markets.
    • Ensure the successful implementation of projects and initiatives, including the creation of a resource center and related markets.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of projects and initiatives.
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Provide leadership and direction to the team, including the development of a resource center and related markets.

  • Communication and Stakeholder Engagement

    Requirements
    • Education and Experience
      • Master's degree in environmental science, sustainability, or a related field.
      • Minimum 5 years of experience in environmental sustainability and innovation, including project management and team leadership.
    • Skills and Competencies
      • Strong knowledge of environmental sustainability and innovation principles and practices.
      • Excellent project management and leadership skills.
      • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
    • Language
      • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
    • Other Requirements
      • Valid driver's license.
      • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
