Control Risks is seeking a highly skilled Due Diligence and Compliance Expert to support a major pharmaceutical client. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough due diligence on high-risk and medium-risk third parties. The successful candidate will be a key user of the client's third-party risk management tool and provide operational support to other users.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct due diligence on high-risk and medium-risk third parties, utilizing industry-leading methodologies and tools.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the client's third-party risk management tool and provide expert-level support to other users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks associated with third-party relationships.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in due diligence and compliance.
- Communicate complex risk findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Requirements
- Fluent French and English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in due diligence, compliance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of due diligence methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Experience conducting research and analysis using a variety of sources.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
- Proficiency in using software and online tools for research and analysis.
