Job Overview

We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Order Picker & Palletizer to join our client's team for an extended 18-month assignment. This role offers the chance to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment while contributing to the smooth operation of a successful business.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
• Build pallets with precision, ensuring proper load balancing and secure stacking.
• Conduct thorough safety checks on palletized installations, verifying stability, weight distribution, and temperature requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to established warehouse protocols and circulation plans.
• Effectively utilize voice preparation systems for accurate order fulfillment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow and timely completion of tasks.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in a similar warehouse role, preferably within the food industry.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift up to 25kg safely.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to teamwork.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and adherence to safety regulations.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
