Your Role: Agency Manager for Ile-de-France
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead our dynamic agency in the Ile-de-France region. As the Agency Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth, managing projects, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Development: Guide and mentor your team to achieve ambitious goals. Plan and oversee project execution, ensuring seamless coordination and timely delivery. Evaluate team performance and actively participate in recruitment initiatives.
- Project Management Excellence: Oversee technical proposals, billing processes, and financial management for projects. Effectively allocate human and material resources, and meticulously monitor project progress to ensure adherence to deadlines and budgets.
- Commercial Growth & Client Relations: Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients and actively seek new business opportunities. Manage contracts, address client inquiries and concerns promptly, and contribute to the agency's overall commercial success.
- Financial Stewardship: Ensure the financial stability of the agency by optimizing costs, preparing comprehensive budget reports, and implementing sound financial practices.
Required Qualifications:
A strong background in hydraulic engineering, water management, or environmental studies is essential. Proven experience in a water management role is highly desirable.
