Quality Assurance and Packaging Specialist

Ethikos 3.0, a renowned company in the paint and coatings industry, is seeking a Quality Assurance and Packaging Specialist to join its Quality team in Montataire. The Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of packaging processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and address quality issues related to packaging.
- Develop and implement corrective actions to resolve non-conformities and improve packaging processes.
- Act as a liaison between marketing and production teams, providing technical expertise on packaging-related matters.
- Support the launch of new products and packaging-related changes, ensuring seamless integration with production processes.
- Coordinate with suppliers to resolve quality incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of work standards, promoting continuous improvement and quality management systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in production/engineering/materials with relevant industrial experience.
- Knowledge of packaging methods and materials.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
