Fed Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HVAC Engineer to join our growing team of multidisciplinary engineering consultants.

We are a well-established group of engineering experts with a proven track record in delivering innovative solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial projects across the region.

Your Role:

  • Conduct comprehensive technical studies and diagnostics to assess HVAC systems and building performance.
  • Prepare detailed consultation files, outlining project scope, design specifications, and cost estimates.
  • Oversee the development of schematic drawings and construction plans, ensuring adherence to industry standards and client requirements.
  • Establish clear and concise CCTP (Cahier des Charges Techniques et Précisions) documents to guide the implementation process.
  • Create detailed work schedules and manage project timelines effectively.
  • Provide on-site supervision during construction phases, ensuring quality control and adherence to specifications.
  • Analyze and compare bids from contractors, selecting the most competitive and qualified options.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in HVAC Engineering with a focus on thermal systems or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as an HVAC Engineer in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software such as REVIT and AutoCAD.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Benefits:

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of €38,000 to €45,000 per year gross. We also provide comprehensive benefits including meal vouchers, company health insurance, vacation bonus, and the opportunity for one day of remote work per week.
