Project Management Officer

About the Role
The Project Management Officer will play a key role in supporting the transformation and innovation efforts of VINCI Holding. This position will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of projects across the organization, from initiation to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project management methodologies and tools to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and strategic plans
- Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and opportunities
- Ensure timely and within-budget delivery of projects
- Develop and maintain project reports and dashboards to provide visibility into project performance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution
Requirements
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business administration, project management)
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in a large international organization
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
