Club Med Resorts is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcome and engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide product recommendations and advice to customers.
- Process transactions and maintain a high level of cash handling accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including visual merchandising and inventory management.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
