Cost Controller Store Planning Europe

As a key member of the Store Planning & Construction Team, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of construction projects in Europe. Reporting to the VP of Store Planning EMEA, you will work closely with Project Managers and Corporate departments to ensure the successful execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with Project Managers and Finance Teams to manage financial aspects of construction projects.
- Conduct regular budget analysis and provide accurate reporting on project costs.
- Identify cost variances and alert the risk team.
- Manage cost control aspects for construction projects and provide KPIs analysis reports.
- Support Project Managers with reporting estimation for capital expenditure requisitions and liaise with Finance.
- Work closely with Finance Teams to provide regular updates on cash flows estimates and follow up with Accounting Teams on supplier payments.
- Lead and coordinate with the department coordinator on Tenant Allowance/Department Store reconciliation reports and processes.
- Monitor team member travel budgets.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Construction Management.
- Strong knowledge of construction project life cycles and costs.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction projects.
- Advanced knowledge of Office package (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of Esker, Unifier, DocuSign, and SharePoint.
- Intermediate knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Location: Paris 6.
- Type of Contract: Permanent Contract.
