About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at JBT Corporation. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our customers across the globe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide site support and technical assistance to customers using your electrical and mechanical skills.
  • Manage installations, provide service and visit reports, and offer technical support for our machinery.
  • Advise customers on maintenance, spare-parts, and upgrades.
  • Identify trends with machinery and share with your manager.
  • Train customers on maintenance, operation, safety, and cleaning of the machinery.
  • Work with our aftermarket team to implement aftermarket activities.
  • Identify potential additional machinery and/or services that can be provided to customers and share with the sales team.
Requirements
  • 5 years' experience in machine servicing (candidates with less experience will be considered).
  • BTS maintenance industrielle qualification is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the food industry equipment (freezers, fryers, ovens, processing lines) is a bonus.
  • PLC knowledge of Siemens TIA Portal, Allen Bradley, or MOVEX for troubleshooting.
  • SalesForce and Word/Excel skills.
  • Flexibility to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in both French and English.
