Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our Protein business team. This role will involve servicing our customers 24/7, including assembly, maintenance, inspections, trouble shooting, and supporting new projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide site support using electrical & mechanical skills
  • Manage installations, provide service and visit reports, and technical support for our machinery
  • Advise customers on maintenance, spare-parts, and upgrades
  • Identify trends with machinery and share with manager
  • Train customers on maintenance, operation, safety, and cleaning of machinery
  • Work with our aftermarket team to implement aftermarket activities
  • Identify additional machinery and/or service that can be provided to customers and share with sales team

Requirements

  • 5 years' experience in machine servicing (candidates with less experience will be considered)
  • BTS maintenance industrielle qualification a plus
  • Knowledge of food industry equipment (freezers, fryers, ovens, processing lines) a bonus
  • PLC knowledge of Siemens TIA Portal, Allen Bradley, MOVEX for troubleshooting, SalesForce, and Word/Excel
  • Flexibility to travel and work flexible hours
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in French and English required (fluent French a must)
