Context and Opportunities
The postdoctoral position is part of the AI4scMED consortium, a collaborative project aiming to develop multiscale models for single-cell-based precision medicine. As a postdoctoral researcher, you will contribute to the development and implementation of computational models for ovarian follicle development, integrating molecular and spatial aspects.
Key Responsibilities
- Review the literature on ovarian follicle development and related computational models
- Design and implement mathematical and computational models for cell population dynamics and gene regulatory networks
- Integrate the models in the Simuscale environment and interpret the results
- Disseminate the research findings through publications and presentations
Requirements
- PhD in mathematical or computational biology
- Experience in mathematical and/or computational biology, with expertise in C++ programming and high-performance computing
- Strong background in parameter estimation and experimental data analysis
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
