Position Overview:- Manage various weaving machines while adhering to safety protocols and production standards (quality, quantity, cost, deadlines).
- Oversee and coordinate machine output to minimize downtime.
- Document production metrics both electronically and manually.
- Perform cleaning of combs during the production process as required.
- Ensure a tidy and organized workspace.
Work Schedule: 2X8 shifts, alternating weekly between morning (5am-1pm) and afternoon (1pm-9pm) shifts.
This is a temporary position based on the duration of absence.
Candidate Profile:- Previous experience in a comparable position.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit.
