Role Responsibilities

  • Assess clinical selection criteria for donors
  • Define specifications for tissues, derivatives, cells, cell therapy, and related medical products
  • Review the complete therapeutic product documentation and validate tissues and derivatives or cell therapy products
  • Maintain partnerships with stakeholders involved in collection, transplantation, or product administration
  • Keep abreast of technological advancements to improve operational efficiency

Management Duties

  • Contribute to the management of activities and achievement of objectives
  • Prepare regulatory submission documents
  • Ensure staff training, oversight, and performance evaluation
  • Oversee equipment, facilities, IT systems, and quality management protocols
  • Address incidents and adverse effects in vigilance contexts

Qualifications Required

  • A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in tissue preparation, preservation, distribution, and therapy product transfer

  • Comprehension of EFS roles, missions, and structure
  • Familiarity with regulatory, legislative, and normative frameworks
  • Understanding of cell therapy processes and regulations
  • Awareness of hygiene, safety, and environmental regulations along with SMQ HSE applications
