L'équipe de la Direction IT et Opération Services (IOS) de Crédit Agricole CIB recherche un(e) Architecte Appliqué et Technique pour rejoindre son équipe.
Objectifs du poste- Concevoir et promouvoir les architectures applicatives et techniques du SI de CACIB pour soutenir la transformation digitale.
- Accomplir les architectes et référents techniques dans leurs activités auprès des projets ou squads produit et dans les actions d'adoption des standards et outils de développement.
- Analyser et faire des recommandations pour améliorer l'efficience et l'efficacité des solutions applicatives et techniques mises en place.
- Identifier les risques et les opportunités d'évolution technique et/ou de mutualisation, les communiquer aux parties prenantes appropriées dans le projet/squad et préconiser des plans d'action.
- Piloter les études de choix techniques sur les projets critiques du domaine.
- Faire évoluer les architectures applicatives et techniques pour qu'elles répondent aux besoins des utilisateurs et assurent l'interopérabilité de toute nouvelle solution avec l'environnement existant.
- S'assurer de la qualité et valider les dossiers d'architecture dans le respect de la démarche d'assurance qualité projet/produit.
- Conception et contrôle d'architecture applicative et technique d'applications informatiques.
- Force de proposition sur les choix techniques.
- Vision data-centrique et intérêt pour l'innovation et les tendances émergentes dans la conception et l'implémentation des services digitaux et autour de l'échange des données hybrides et Cloud.
- Connaissance des architectures de données traditionnelles et modernes (data stack moderne (MDS), data fabric et data mesh) et les tendances émergentes.
- Expérience des pratiques de l'agile à l'échelle.
- Animation de communauté technique.
- Pilotage et communication en mode projet/produit et en transversalité, avec une collaboration avec des profils variés IT et métiers.
- Capacité à zoomer/dézoomer en permanence, i.e. mettre en perspective la vision de détail des chantiers techniques à traiter avec la vision d'ensemble systémique dans lequel ils s'inscrivent.
- Bac + 5 / M2 et plus.
- Formation/Spécialisation.
- Expériences passées en tant qu'architecte, expert ou consultant technique.
