Position Overview:
Our client is engaged in the distribution and design of textiles utilized in diverse sectors such as automotive, leather goods, and healthcare. In this role, you will report directly to the CFO and IT department, focusing on user support with essential expertise in ERP systems. The responsibilities of the IT Project Coordinator specializing in ERP include:
- Engaging in the post-implementation phase of the ERP system and enhancing the internal IT services.
- Supporting the organization of the Production Master Plan (PDP) within the QAD ERP, including tool creation and issue resolution.
- Assisting in the management of exception messages and missing items in collaboration with key users, as well as aiding in the establishment of operational routines.
- Contributing to ongoing improvement initiatives within the IT service.
- Ensuring the reliability, consistency, completeness, and alignment of internal data with the company’s strategic goals.
- Verifying the coherence of data flows across systems.
This is a permanent position available in Nucourt with a competitive salary range of 50-54K based on experience, calculated on a 13-month basis. Additional benefits include a mileage allowance.
Candidate Profile:
A Bachelor's degree or higher is required, along with prior experience in the industry. Familiarity with APICS fundamentals is advantageous. Proficiency in areas such as PIC-PDP-Scheduling-Launching-BOMs and Routings is essential. Knowledge of ERP systems (MES experience is a plus), as well as skills in Excel and VBA, will be beneficial.
