We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist Programmer to join our team.

In this role, you will operate state-of-the-art CNC machines to produce complex and precise components for various industries, including nuclear, luxury goods, and aerospace. Your expertise in programming and machining will be essential in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our products.

• Responsibilities:
• Operate a range of CNC machines, including 5-axis, 4-axis, and 3-axis machining centers from leading manufacturers like MAZAK.
• Develop and execute precise programs using industry-standard software such as MAZATROL or MASTERCAM.
• Select appropriate cutting tools and speeds to optimize machining processes and achieve desired results.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to ensure seamless production workflows.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product quality.

Qualifications:

• Technical degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience operating CNC machines, particularly MAZAK equipment.
• Strong understanding of technical drawings and blueprints.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as MAZATROL or MASTERCAM.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
