Position Overview: Building Maintenance Specialist
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Building Maintenance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our properties. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks, from routine maintenance to addressing tenant concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular inspections and maintenance tasks across common areas, outdoor spaces, and individual units.
- Diagnose and resolve minor building issues, ensuring prompt attention to repairs and preventative measures.
- Collaborate with tenants to address their concerns and requests, providing excellent customer service.
