**Descripción del Puesto**Recibir a nuestros huéspedes con una sonrisa cálida y establecer el tono para una estancia excepcional en Te Arikinui Pullman Auckland Airport. Asistir a los huéspedes con su equipaje durante el check-in y el check-out, asegurando una experiencia fluida y placentera que deje una impresión duradera. Colaborar con el Jefe de Conserjería y nuestros Recepcionistas para garantizar que los huéspedes se sientan como en casa y que sus pertenencias sean tratadas con el máximo cuidado. Mantener el vestíbulo y el área de entrada impecables, realizando controles regulares para asegurar que siempre estén limpios y presentables. Estacionar y recuperar los vehículos de los huéspedes con cuidado, mejorando su comodidad y conveniencia (cuando sea aplicable). Asegurar la recolección y entrega oportuna del equipaje de los huéspedes, brindando un servicio de primera durante toda su estancia. **Requisitos**
Se espera que:
Tenga experiencia en Front Office o en un rol de Conserje/Portero, aunque no es esencial. Asista a los huéspedes con el servicio de valet parking (se requiere licencia de conducir completa). Se dedique a garantizar que cada huésped tenga una experiencia satisfactoria e inolvidable. Asegure una cálida bienvenida a la llegada y salida, satisfaciendo todas las necesidades de los huéspedes. Mantenga una actitud accesible, asuma responsabilidades, multitasking de manera efectiva y maneje el equipaje de los huéspedes con capacidad física. Levante y transporte el equipaje de los huéspedes durante su turno.
