Position: Internship in Sustainable Procurement - Implementation of Supplier Evaluation and Referencing Tool

Role Overview:
This internship will involve a variety of responsibilities aimed at enhancing procurement processes and supplier relationships. The selected candidate will engage in:
  • Operational Responsibilities:
    • Facilitating tender processes
    • Negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance
    • Providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders throughout the procurement cycle
  • Supplier Management:
    • Maintaining and optimizing the Suppliers database, ensuring high data integrity
    • Enhancing supplier referencing practices
    • Coordinating with internal teams as the procurement point of contact
    • Implementing best practices in procurement
    • Assisting internal clients in the effective use of procurement tools
    • Contributing to activity-related reporting
    • Participating in the selection and rollout of a new supplier referencing tool (ERP automation)
    • Assisting in the deployment of the supplier CSR evaluation tool
    • Driving continuous improvement initiatives and proposing actionable changes
    • Promoting best practices in procurement and engaging in communication efforts related to the procurement function

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A Master's degree in Purchasing or a related field
  • Strong project management capabilities
  • Effective negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Proficiency in digital tools and platforms
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills
