About Airswift:

Airswift is actively seeking a Senior Planning Engineer to join a leading global energy firm.

This role is initially based in Paris, France, transitioning to Muscat, Oman, and is centered around a cutting-edge integrated offshore Oil and Gas initiative.

This is a residential position commencing as soon as possible for a duration of 12 months.

Key Responsibilities:

The individual in this role will oversee scheduling, planning, and progress tracking for the LNG facility, ensuring comprehensive reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Supervise, manage, and coordinate all activities related to Work Package scheduling and planning, including active involvement in the development of the integrated project schedule and oversight of scheduling and progress tracking during the execution phase.
  • Create and maintain project-level schedules, analyzing critical paths and identifying potential conflicts, while proposing effective solutions.
  • Guarantee the continuous availability of updated and precise scheduling and progress tracking documentation.
  • Ensure project-level reporting (including Weekly and Monthly Status Reports) is conducted. The individual must uphold strict confidentiality throughout the project duration and report directly to the Project Control Lead.
  • Exhibit exemplary conduct concerning HSSE regulations and ensure adherence to HSSE standards within their area of responsibility.

Qualifications:
  • Professional Experience: 5-10 years in a similar role, with recent LNG exposure.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • Educational Background: Degree in Engineering, Master’s, or equivalent qualification.

Project Context:

The LNG Bunkering initiative aims to establish a regional hub in Oman for LNG bunkering services, ultimately providing LNG as fuel for marine vessels.
