Job Title: Discovery Sales/Tour Guide
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and responsible Discovery Sales/Tour Guide to join our team at Club Med in Asia. As a key member of our excursion department, you will be responsible for selling and promoting our excursions, leading groups on tours, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to clients' needs and expectations to build regular customer relationships
- Sell and promote excursions, highlighting the beauty and richness of the region and cultural events in Club Med
- Accompany and lead groups on excursions, sharing knowledge on history, geography, economics, demography, local traditions, and practices
- Collect and share customer feedback with management to improve services
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the village and during excursions
Requirements:
- Experience leading tours is compulsory
- Bilingual in English and French or other languages is a plus
- Diploma in international travel industry or similar certification
- CPR & First Aid mandatory
- Good computer knowledge and driving license preferred
Contract Details: 12 months contract with a seasonal salary adapted to skills and experience, including fixed salary and bonus on objectives. Accommodation and meals provided by Club Med, along with other benefits.
