Join Our Team as an Assistant Professor in Artificial Intelligence for Management

SKEMA Business School invites applications for a tenure-track position as an Assistant Professor in Artificial Intelligence for Management. The successful candidate will contribute to the development of academic research projects and teach undergraduate and graduate-level courses in AI applied to Management.

About the Position

The SKEMA Center for Artificial Intelligence (SCAI) is an interdisciplinary initiative focused on exploring the opportunities and implications of artificial intelligence for the management of organizations, industries, and business ecosystems. As a member of the SCAI team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of researchers and professionals to investigate the economic, societal, and ethical value generated by Human Centric AI Systems for Business.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead academic research projects in AI for Management
  • Teach undergraduate and graduate-level courses in AI applied to Management
  • Contribute to student mentorship and project-related activities
  • Participate in projects related to the SKEMA SKY25 corporate strategy
Requirements
  • Ph.D. in Management or a related field with orientation in Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, or Robotics
  • Strong research orientation and track record, as demonstrated by a publication track record in highly regarded management journals
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a collegial environment
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Excellence in quantitative methods
  • Strong interest in investing in the research focus on Artificial Intelligence in Management
  • Commitment to service and/or outreach activities
