KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- General: Manage marketing channels across 15 European markets to enhance traffic growth.
- Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Collaborate with the global paid team to coordinate paid search initiatives, ensuring adherence to budget and profitability.
- Paid Social Media: Work alongside the global team to manage social advertising placements, test creative content, and optimize messaging.
- Programmatic Advertising: Formulate retargeting strategies and action plans in conjunction with the global paid team.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Tailor the e-commerce calendar to implement localized CRM campaigns and support loyalty program initiatives with the global CRM team.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Execute SEO best practices, update product catalogs, enhance localized content, and track performance metrics.
- Partnerships and Affiliates: Oversee partner sales, identify new partnership opportunities, and optimize affiliate marketing programs.
- Planning and Analytics: Deliver traffic forecasts, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), generate performance reports, and suggest optimal channel mixes and creative formats.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in e-commerce or digital marketing.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is advantageous.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Analytics, Google tools, and Meta platforms.
- Core Competencies:
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy; capable of prioritizing and managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with e-commerce metrics and analytical tools.
