Key Responsibilities:
- Server and Storage Management: Oversee the administration of servers, storage solutions, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft 365, while ensuring the security of IT systems.
- Project Management: Engage in the deployment of applications and contribute to various technical initiatives.
- Technical Support Level 2: Provide second-level support for system-related issues, including incident resolution and request handling.
- Operational Maintenance: Ensure the operational upkeep of production applications.
- Updates and Security Management: Monitor and validate operating system and software updates, as well as equipment upgrades, while managing antivirus security measures.
- Documentation and Technological Monitoring: Develop resolution procedures, maintain technical documentation, and perform technological monitoring.
Technical Environment:
- Microsoft Technologies: Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, SQL Server, System Center.
