About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SSE Coordinator (H/F) to join our team at NeithWork, a leading consulting firm in the Office sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and implementing our Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accompany and Support Colleagues: Provide guidance and support to colleagues to improve their QSE level.
  • Participate in MASE Association: Get involved in the MASE association and contribute to its activities.
  • Communicate and Promote HSE Policies: Participate in the communication and promotion of HSE policies and procedures.
  • Pilot New Employee Integration: Coordinate the integration of new employees, including welcome and mentoring.
  • Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the regulatory compliance of our perimeter and continuously improve our processes.
  • Communicate and Increase Action Applicability: Communicate to increase the applicability of actions on sites/projects.
  • Simplify Tools and Methods: Propose simplifications of tools and methods to improve field efficiency.
  • Measure and Monitor HSE Performance: Measure and monitor HSE performance and indicators.
  • Consult and Assist Managers: Provide consultation and assistance to managers.
  • Conduct Periodic HSE Tours: Conduct periodic HSE tours and reconstitute accidents.
  • Audit Sites and Implement Action Plans: Conduct audits on sites and implement action plans.
  • Evaluate Risks: Evaluate risks and update the DUERP.
  • Maintain Certifications: Maintain certifications (MASE, ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
  • Implement MASE Reference Document: Implement the MASE reference document.
  • Distribute Instructions and Plans: Distribute instructions, plans, and prescriptions for SSE.
  • Monitor Employee Authorizations: Monitor employee authorizations and access permissions.
  • Respond to Tenders: Respond to tenders and calls for proposals.
  • Prevent Risks and Define Prevention Methods: Prevent risks and define prevention methods and means (risk analysis).
  • Update SSE Procedures: Update SSE procedures and ensure their relevance.
  • Sensitize and Train Employees: Sensitize and train employees on QHSE.
  • Organize Thematic Cafes: Organize thematic cafes and discussions on QHSE topics.
  • Conduct Site Visits: Conduct site visits and inspections.
  • Participate in Procedure Evolution: Participate in the evolution of procedures and systems.
  • Analyze Events: Analyze events and incidents.
  • Analyze Results and Prepare Action Reports: Analyze results and prepare action reports and recommendations.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in QHSE/Quality: Hold a Master's degree in QHSE or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 Years of Experience: Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in QHSE.
  • Experience in Oil & Gas and/or Nuclear: Have significant experience in the Oil & Gas and/or nuclear sectors.
  • Audit Experience: Have experience in conducting audits and certifications (MASE and/or CEFRI).
  • Passion for QHSE: Be passionate about QHSE and committed to its principles.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to Work in a Team: Be able to work in a team and collaborate with colleagues.
  • Dynamic and Results-Oriented: Be dynamic, results-oriented, and proactive.
