Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Engineer specializing in Electrical Network Calculations, you will report to the Electricity Network Calculations section and engage in international projects across Technip Energies' three product lines: zero-carbon solutions (Hydrogen, wind power, LNG, Sustainable Fuels). Your role will involve collaborating with diverse electrical teams, focusing on the design and sizing of electrical networks for your projects, as well as executing related electrical calculations and simulations.
Your primary responsibilities include:
- Developing electrical network models using ETAP/Powerfactory software to conduct the necessary electrical studies for projects, including calculation notes on load sharing, short-circuiting, motor starting, cable sizing, harmonics, dynamic stability, flash arc, selectivity, and protection settings.
- Validating HV-HVA-LV protection schemes in collaboration with electrical project managers.
- Coordinating technical elements with electrical project managers and, when necessary, with clients.
- Analyzing Grid Code to perform HV/HVA connection studies for our ENR projects, including Offshore and Onshore wind farms, Photovoltaic power plants, and H2+BESS production facilities.
Within the electrical section and department, you will also support the following functions:
- Monitoring updates in electrical calculation standards.
- Enhancing the technical capabilities of department members.

Candidate Profile:
- You hold a degree from a prestigious engineering school, either in general engineering or specialized in electrical engineering, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical network calculations.
- You are adaptable, meticulous, and proactive, thriving in collaborative environments with diverse cultures and backgrounds.
- Proficiency in English for both verbal and written communication is essential, along with the willingness to travel as required.
- You are comfortable using standard office and IT tools.
