Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Finance Manager to join our team. The Finance Manager will manage the financial operations across our European locations, including the UK, France, Spain, and Poland.
Responsibilities:
- Manage financial operations for our European locations, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Oversee day-to-day finance activities, including period-end closing, VAT returns, and supporting local audits.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis for the European branches and entities.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing detailed insights and recommendations.
- Monitor and manage transfer pricing between European branches and entities.
- Lead and support a small team of UK-based finance assistants, providing guidance and ensuring their professional development.
- Collaborate with the Financial Controller and other departments to drive financial efficiency and accuracy across the organization.
Requirements:
- Fully qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA accountant with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience.
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role, particularly in a European context.
- Strong working knowledge of European VAT, Duty, and transfer pricing regulations.
- Proficient in financial software and MS Excel.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
