SOLIHA Haute-Savoie is a high-savoyard association, member of the SOLIHA Movement, the first national network of housing improvement. We act to ensure that everyone maintains or has access to a decent, dignified, and sustainable housing. Our team consists of 17 employees with versatile skills in the field of private housing renovation, social housing, and locative management of solidarity housing.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced project manager who will be responsible for leading and managing operations contracted with local authorities in the field of private housing improvement and energy renovation (type OPAH, PIG, SPPEH...): implementing actions, managing the project team, budget management, relations with donors, reporting, and tracking objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Animate and lead operations contracted with local authorities in the field of private housing improvement and energy renovation.
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of the Habitat department, composed of a team of operations managers, technicians, and housing advisors.
  • Participate in the development of the association's activity by actively monitoring and responding to calls for tenders or project calls in line with the direction.

Requirements

  • Higher education degree in urban planning, habitat, or related field (Bac + 4/5).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in operations in old neighborhoods (notably ANAH devices), sustainable development, and treatment of private housing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

What We Offer

  • Full-time position (38 hours/week) with 18 days of RTT + mutual insurance.
  • Salary according to collective agreement and experience (13th month after 2 years of presence).
