Head Chef

Groupe Convivio is seeking a skilled and passionate Head Chef to lead our culinary team in a school food service setting within Indre et Loire.

As part of our dedicated team, you will play a vital role in preparing delicious and nutritious meals for students using fresh ingredients. Your expertise in traditional cuisine and commitment to quality will ensure that we provide a positive dining experience for everyone.

• Oversee all aspects of meal preparation, ensuring adherence to established recipes and food safety standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Develop creative menu options that cater to diverse dietary needs and preferences.
• Manage inventory and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Train and mentor junior culinary staff, fostering a positive and supportive team dynamic.

• Culinary degree or equivalent experience in a professional kitchen setting.
• Proven expertise in traditional cuisine and gastronomy principles.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team.
• Commitment to food safety regulations and best practices.
