We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning and Maintenance Agent to join our team at Trois Moulins Habitat. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of our properties, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and maintain common areas, including hallways, stairways, and elevators
- Perform routine cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting
- Empty trash and recyclables, and maintain a clean and organized waste management system
- Assist with minor repairs and maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and unclogging drains
- Participate in snow removal and salting operations during winter months
- Perform gardening and landscaping tasks, including mowing, trimming, and watering
- Collect and dispose of bulky items and hazardous waste
- Assist with special projects and events, as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in cleaning and maintenance preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
