Senior Financial Analyst

As a Senior Financial Analyst at Dassault Systèmes, you will be a key business partner to our Sales Performance Team, providing financial support and reporting to our North American sales organization. This team is a major contributor to our Global business, with over $1B in revenue and a direct responsibility over 700 employees, as well as shared responsibility over an additional 300 employees.
You will interact directly with our Sales Management to provide financial analysis and reporting, working with a large ecosystem to participate in the definition of our strategic plan and the monitoring of its execution. Reporting to the Finance Director, this individual is responsible for the strategic and financial analysis of 3D Experience Works Organization, serving as the prime support for sales analytics and for marketing.
Core FP&A team objectives:
- Planning – Forecasting & Budgeting
- Business Partnering with senior management to drive results
- Develop and enhance reporting distributed to management across the company
Your Responsibilities:
As a member of the FP&A team, your responsibilities will include the following:
- Track spend for all marketing and sales functions of people and project spend
- Analyze spend against budget and forecasts
- Interact with Shared Services Accounting team to ensure accuracy of results for monthly closing
- Interact with corporate for reporting of monthly packages and quarterly forecasts
- Develop financial projections and build financial models
- Work with senior management to ensure sales operating results and metrics are helping to drive future decision making
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance; MBA preferred
- 5 years of experience in Finance Business Partner role
- Think strategically and anticipate cross-functional, operational, and financial impacts
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to build trusted partnerships with both internal and external parties
- KPI sensitive, analytical and eager to interpret data analysis or reports
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills, and the soft personal skills needed to collect information from a wide network of people in a timely manner with an inquisitive mindset
- Advanced skills in Excel, comfortable with IT systems. SQL a plus
- Strong understanding of Financial and Accounting principles
- Mastery of English language and French or Spanish knowledge a plus
