Colas, a leading infrastructure development company, is seeking a skilled Site Manager to join its team in the Nord-Est region of France. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of construction projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate construction activities, including resource allocation and scheduling.

  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and contractors, to ensure project deliverables.

  • Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking, and reporting.

  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or a related discipline.

  • Proven experience in construction project management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.

  • Proficiency in project management software, including MS Project, Asana, or similar tools.
