Specialized Educator

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and implementation of personalized projects for individuals
• Support the growth and empowerment of individuals, addressing challenges and difficulties
• Prepare and evaluate educational assessments and follow-up plans
• Compile necessary documentation for monitoring and tracking situations
• Collaborate in the successful education, professional, and social integration of individuals
• Maintain relationships with various stakeholders, promoting their engagement and skills
• Provide guidance and support to individuals
• Assist in understanding and acquiring psychosocial skills
• Update and manage individual administrative files and perform various administrative tasks
• Regularly meet with individuals to plan and organize necessary elements for personalized projects
• Accompany individuals to various appointments, including educational, professional, and social events
• Facilitate meetings and contribute to project coordination

Required Profile

To be successful in this role, you should hold a degree in Social Education, Social Animation, or Pedagogy registered in the RNCP. You should also have a proven track record in the healthcare or social field. Strong communication skills, a serious and motivated attitude, and an analytical mindset are essential.
